We view evaluation as a tool for the systematic and transparent examination of a situation, activity or organization. Thus, we assess strengths and weaknesses in a way that produces results which can be accepted by all parties.

Based on this, we identify opportunities as well as risks, and derive specific recommendations. Thereby, we contribute to creating an evidence-base for key decision-making.
